Our driver Mike was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and flexible with touring us around. It was very good because my aging parents had to slow down because we were walking so much. He was always willing to delay or change plans based on our needs. He also knew a lot of history facts which were fun to know. Highly recommend this service.

He used his Internet expertise to find sites we wanted to visit that are not the usual tourist spots. The restaurant he took us to for the lunch had the best food we ate on the entire trip! He shared information about Okinawa.
He made the trip memorable.

We had a very chill and fun trip to Hokkaido because of Easy Travel. They were very easy to talk to and was very accomodating. They answered all of my questions right away and they always provided me with the summary of our trip the next day. Their drivers were also very accomodating. This service and driver were excellent Tenatsu Tenagan arriveda t our hotel on time and verified we were his customers and asked what we had planned for the day. We had specific destinations and locations to visit and he was able to take us to each wiht no difficulties. He even helped in our locating of the final resting place of several family members.

Following the visits to our destinations he provided information on several key local destinations that he believed wouldbe of intrest to us and they were. He was polite, courteous and very helpful to each member of our group.

Kyoto filled with sites in one day
Had a great time in Kyoto with Toshi. Not sure how we would have been able to see all we did without him. He had lots of information about the places we visited. Bamboo forest, monkey park, fish market, shrines, golden temple. Great day! Pick up was at our hotel and drop off was on time for our dinner reservation. Car was pristine. Toshi was great!

I wanted to thank Terry for his excellent guide services yesterday.
He was knowledgeable, patient, cooperative and considerate.

We had the most memorable completely customised trip to Hokkaido this month, all made possible with the help of Raymond and Leng-san our lovely driver. The road conditions were snowy and icy and so we were too nervous to drive ourselves but with their help, we were driven to the various destinations safely and comfortably and didn't have to worry about slipping on ice or even where to park at the various places we visited. The team were very responsive to our plans and the communication was excellent throughout - our whatsapp group was perfect for last minute small adaptations to the itinerary, and we were able to communicate with our driver using a translation app for more detailed questions or requests. He was so lovely, polite and punctual and we felt very looked after. Despite the road conditions, the Alphard arrived spotlessly clean every morning! We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Worth every penny for comfort and peace of mind.
