Trip to Yokohama
Our driver, Mr Saitou, was excellent. He was very professional and put up with rather a rowdy group of us on the way to and from a Rugby World Cup match in Yokohama. I would highly recommend Japan Tour Easy Travel to anyone wanting an excellent service.

I’ve booked 3 trips with this company alongside airport transfer and the service was impeccable! The car was clean and comfortable and the drivers were patient and friendly.
The coordinator Kevin was extremely responsive and kind, it was very helpful and over all an amazing experience for me and my family.
I have to admit that I was abit doubtful at first since this is my first time with this company and I’ve brought along two children and an elderly woman with me, however they proved to be very capable with beyond amazing customer service!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Ali is such a nice guy... he took us to the places, everyone must see, but also to some hidden secret spots without tourists... He gave us a mobile WLAN, so we could text him via whatsapp. So he always stood in front of the entrance, when we finishes a sightseeing....and we could go on. The best decision, if you only have one day for Kyoto!

Thank you very much to Toshi san for driving us around and gave us a very good memories of Kyoto. We enjoyed very much and were thankful for his caring, smiling and full of Japanese culture knowledge sharing. We were all very touched and appreciated when he came running to bring us umbrellas to shelter as we were stocked in heavy rain

Superb services
I was so stressed planning a trip to Okinawa especially with young infant and elderly. Large group travel was never easy. Kevin from Easy Travel was reachable at any timing and have understand my needs and have suggested 2 Alphard and has been comfortable for my group.

Mr Kim, our driver and his co-driver have been polite and has been very patient and accommodating with our requests. He speaks Mandarin and make everything much easier. This is the 1st time i done a very large group and everyone has been happy with their visit to Okinawa. We all wish we had more time especially my elderly travelers! I would definitely choose Easy Travel again!

Hugely recommend - extremely reliable! I
I would hugely recommend Kevin and his team to anyone visiting japan and would like to sightsee at their own pace. We rented their cab for a 12 hour tour from Tokyo to see the Mount Fuji area, and although we made a mistake in booking the wrong date, Kevin and his team accommodated our last minute request for a preferred date. Shakeel, our driver/guide for the day was very polite and helpful in suggesting what we should see in the Mt Fuji area, and even Tokyo. Be patiently answered all our questions. We are thrilled to get a large, clean and comfortable car and are very happy with our decision to go with Easy Travel Japan.

Touring my Childhood Memories
Recently I took my children and my husband back to Okinawa where I was born and raised. I wanted to share with them my excitement of having lived on this island for 13 years. I wanted a private driver with a van who can fit all five of us and help me share my memories without having to take public transportation or one of us driving. We contacted Easy Travel and Mr Nishihiro was absolutely wonderful!! We started from Naha to the northern part of Okinawa and made our way down. He gave us suggestions on where to go as he drove us around. He acted like a tour guide showing places of interest and adding to the history of the island. We saw beautiful plants, trees and views of the East China Sea and more. He drove us to our old home, school and church. I could not have asked for a more beautiful experience going down memory lane.
