Perfect tour of Kyoto!
Review of: Kyoto Day Trip using Private Car with English Driver
We booked a day trip for a group of seven with Easy Travel. Everything went smoothly: the booking process was quick and efficient. We had an email a few days after booking advising us that our driver would set up a Whatsapp group chat a couple of days before the trip and this is exactly what happened. All arrangements were made with the group chat which was brilliant. The driver Toshi was really lovely, so kind and courteous. He took us around the itinerary we had agreed and waited around for us to look around. It was the perfect tour and the perfect guide.
I would highly recommend this product if you're a group of 5 to 7 and you have only one day to see Kyoto. The subway in Kyoto doesn't covey the whole city and this is by far the quickest way to covey a lot of ground in one day.

See more Japan, less public transportation
Had to get from Kawaguchi near Mt Fuji to Kamakura, Yokohama and back to Tokyo in a day but public transportation wasn’t convenient. Easy Travel Japan was the solution. We were pleased with the flexibility of the company to allow us to customize our itinerary. Hassan, the driver, also had excellent bi-language skills, was courteous and responsive. He suggested a nearby major attraction that we would’ve missed, and called ahead to make sure the lunch place was open before dropping us off. Car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very efficient service
Review of: Explore Okinawa (Naha, Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri) using Private Hiace Van
Our trip was very quickly and efficiently arranged at short notice by Kevin. The trip itself fit well into 8 hrs without having to rush. Very comfortable vehicle and driver Mr Santa was a very pleasant chap.

The experience was fantastic. We were doing it on our own time. Our driver Ms. Kei was friendly, helpful, on time and always smiling. We communicate using her Apps translator.

Trip to Yokohama
Our driver, Mr Saitou, was excellent. He was very professional and put up with rather a rowdy group of us on the way to and from a Rugby World Cup match in Yokohama. I would highly recommend Japan Tour Easy Travel to anyone wanting an excellent service.

Hey Kevin, just wanted to let you know that Shioko our driver was excellent. She brought us to Maehama beach which is beautiful, then to Irabu Ohara bridge. Then lunch at delicious restaurant which served Miyako soba and Miyako beef. We are absolutely very happy with Shioko. Please convey our appreciation to her

I’ve booked 3 trips with this company alongside airport transfer and the service was impeccable! The car was clean and comfortable and the drivers were patient and friendly.
The coordinator Kevin was extremely responsive and kind, it was very helpful and over all an amazing experience for me and my family.
I have to admit that I was abit doubtful at first since this is my first time with this company and I’ve brought along two children and an elderly woman with me, however they proved to be very capable with beyond amazing customer service!
I am very pleased with their work, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Keep it up!

Perfect trip from Kobe to Kyoto

Everything was absolutely perfect. Ali is such a nice guy... he took us to the places, everyone must see, but also to some hidden secret spots without tourists... He gave us a mobile WLAN, so we could text him via whatsapp. So he always stood in front of the entrance, when we finishes a sightseeing....and we could go on. The best decision, if you only have one day for Kyoto!

We enjoyed very much and were thankful for his caring, smiling and full of Japanese culture knowledge sharing. The transfers and traveling for Japan were great. Everyone we met was friendly and super helpful. Using Easy Travel made everything easier and stress free during our trip. Review of: Kyoto Day Trip using Private Car with English Driver
We booked a private car tour of Kyoto with an English speaking driver born in Kyoto. It was brilliant Toshi was an excellent tour guide he listened to where we wanted to go and added to the itinerary as he thought fit. We saw more in a day than if we’d have been on an organised coach tour. Pointing out interesting sights on our way round which we then visited on our own the next day.
We even fitted in a traditional Japanese lunch stop and shopping.
Our day finished with Fushimi Inari Shrine and a visit to the Gion District.
Thank you Toshi for making our trip to Kyoto very memorable.
