Our first day at Haneda Airport 23:00, we meet Mr. Watanabe, a wonderful driver, always smiling and so caring as well in terms of looking for a sim card at the late night when we told him that we needed to purchase sim card. I don't speak Japanese so Mr. Watanabe as a translator in our hotel check in. Awesome, extremely helpful. Mr. Watanabe made our first day in Tokyo an awesome experience
The day in Tokyo and Mt Fuji, Mr. He our driver arrived on time in our hotel, showing us around several key highlights of the city, guided us on what tickets to get and how to get there and we went through the whole itinerary, even adjusting it when we wanted to visit a specific attraction. He was warm, friendly personality and very organized, saved time and money. My family thoroughly enjoyed the day with him, I would surely highly recommend. We have never met a caring, warm and professional driver in our travel around the world, we had a wonderful time in Tokyo.
Mr. Kevin, Easy Travel Japan also sends messages through WhatsApp so communication with the tour company is very easy.
I would recommend Easy Travel to anyone visiting Tokyo and will contact them in the next time I happen to visit. Thanks for everything and we sincerely wish them all the best.

Our tour in Miyakojima was great! We had a delicious soba lunch, went shopping in Don Quixote, then we went to underground park and finally cross Irabu bridge. It was tiring but we were able to see the best of Miyakojima

One of the best things we did during our recent trip to Japan was book a charter car in Okinawa. Before the trip, Jiang was very accommodating with all my requests and inquiries. Jiang even provides travel recommendations and suggestions. Email responses are quick (within the day or a few hours after you sent an email). Easy Travel Japan also sends messages through WhatsApp so communication with the tour company is very easy. Jiang was also able to reserve ferry tickets for us for Zamami Island instead of us navigating through the Japanese website.

During the trip, our driver, Santa was very accommodating of our requests as well. He informs us how long the car trip will be before each planned destination in the itinerary. He was on time during airport and hotel pick-up too. The cars are very clean and comfortable too! We got to ride in a Lexus and Alphard!

I definitely recommend this charter car service company for your Japan trip. It will definitely be convenient and hassle-free!
