Takoyaki
Takoyaki means "grilled octopus" and also Osaka famous snacks. You can find stands selling takoyaki in parks or any other festivals throughout Japan. Takoyaki is a flour and egg based filled with octopus slices, pickled ginger and green onion, finished with mayonnaise, aomori and katsuobushi. Kushikatsu
Kushikatsu is deep fried pieces of food on skewers. Meat and vegetables are the most common ingredients for kushikatsu. Shinsekai is the best place to enjoy Kushikatsu. There are lots of restaurants selling delicious kushikatsu.
