We booked it through WhatsApp only a day ahead and it was simple, efficient, and a really great experience. Mr. Go is polite and thoughtful. He would briefly introduce and recommended time spent on each sight seeing spot we plan to go to according to the route plan which was very helpful for foreign tourists. We are thankful for the great service and appreciate a lovely travel experience from him. Highly recommended.

I booked my private transport last minute. Their WhatsApp response was fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

We hired a private transfer from the Narita airport to Tokyo. Kevin really understood well our requests and gave us great advice on our trip, especially during these difficult times. Our van was nice and spacious. The driver was great as well. There was some confusion on the location of our hotel (mainly because of Google Maps giving the hotel a different name) but it was sorted out quickly. When we accidentally left one of our bags in the van, the driver returned it on the same day safe and sound. I highly recommend their service.

Tokyo-Nikko- Mt Fuji-Kyoto-Nara- Kobe-Osaka trip
Just a week back I finished my 9-days trip to Japan. During our trip we hired taxi services from Easy travel (Kevin). I must say we had excellent experience. Kevin has understood our requirements, very accommodative and have arranged english speaking chauffeur cum guide Bilal during for ourTokyo stay and near by itineraries and Toshi Nagakawa San for our Kyoto/ Osaka. Both were amazing, cheering and calm personalities, who have made our trip very successful. Toshi san has amazed us when we arrived at Kyoto station. He was there to welcome us at Shinkansen platform. Thank you Kevin , Bilal and Toshi San for your wonderful hosting.

Highly recommended
We engaged Easy Travel Japan for 3 days for a total of 12 people. The first 2 days was from Osaka to Takayama and to Kyoto. We stopped by at Nara on the first day before heading to Takayama. As for the second day, the trip was from Takayama to Shirakawago followed by Kanazawa and final stop at Kyoto. Okada-san was our driver for these 2 days. Okada-san was friendly and speak fluent English. He always went the extra miles to ensure our comfort and needs throughout the 2 days journey. He got us each an umbrella when the weather was bad on the second day. He helped to call the hotel in Takayama and arranged for the courier service to our hotel on Kyoto when we left medicine at the previous hotel. The bus provided was big enough for 12 people and our luggage.
We also engaged Easy Travel Japan for 1-day trip in Kyoto. Cheng-san was our driver, we do not have much interaction, but he is always punctual.
Overall, the 3 days was an enjoyable trip, all thanks to the pleasant service rendered by Easy Travel Japan.

Best way to see Kyoto!
Review of: Kyoto Day Trip using Private Car with English Driver
We were in Kyoto for only 2 days and had limited time and wanted to see it all. With 2 young children; this can be even harder to do. Incredibly happy that we booked a private van and 2 full days! We got to move on our schedule, see all the things we wanted, have a private van at our beck and call and be able to leave all our stuff behind in the van as we hopped in and out - sight after sight. But, best of all was Mr. M - he didn’t speak any English, but with google translate, he made every effort to make us feel great about the trip! He was awesome and made us feel so comfortable in a new city! Truly worth every penny... so glad we weren’t jammed in some group bus tour.

Smooth and easy booking of transport
