How do I meet the driver at the airport for airport transfer?
A: We will create a WhatsApp group with you and the driver prior to your arrival. The driver will provide instructions and guide you to the nearest meeting point or gate. If you require a meet & greet with a name sign, kindly inform us in advance. -
What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor your flight status in real time. In case of delays, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional charge within the standard waiting time. -
How many passengers and luggage can the Toyota Alphard fit?
A: We recommend up to 4 passengers with 4–5 standard suitcases for optimal comfort. A maximum of 5 passengers with 5 suitcases is possible, but space will be limited. -
Are there any extra charges (toll, parking, waiting time)?
A: The price includes toll, fuel, and driver fees. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time will be charged at 2,500 JPY per 30 minutes. -
What is operational time, is midnight pickup also cost the same?
A: Our standard operational hours are between 06:00 and 22:00. For pickups outside of these hours, a midnight surcharge may apply. -
How long does it take from Kansai / Itami to Kyoto city?
A: Kansai Airport (KIX) to Kyoto city takes approximately 90–120 minutes. Itami Airport (ITM) to Kyoto city takes approximately 50–70 minutes, depending on traffic. -
Does the driver speak English?
A: Our drivers have very limited English and mainly communicate using a translation app. Our support team will also be available via WhatsApp to assist you at any time during the transfer.
