DAY 1 : Pinggu Shilingxia Scenic Area -> Hotel Pinggu Shilingxia Scenic Area Approximately 1h 30min from Beijing by car. Shilingxia Scenic Area is a perfect place to do short hiking. Else you can also ride cable car to the top. Then you will find Shilingxia Glass Sightseeing Platform also known as "Flying Disk / UFO". The glass platform hangs 32.8 meters out of the cliff, 75 meters high and 60 meters span. The transparent Shilingxia sightseeing glass stands at a height of 800 m above sea level, one of the largest glass sightseeing platform offering beautiful mountain views
