We are a travel agency from Singapore and recently organised a group tour to Fukuoka covering Nanzoin and Dazaifu for 36 guests. Finding reliable large group transport in Fukuoka is not something every operator can handle well, but Easy Travel Japan's Large Bus (Coach) service exceeded our expectations. The bus was impressive — wide comfortable seats, strong air conditioning, and more than enough space for all 36 guests and their bags throughout the day. Nanzoin was an incredible experience for our guests — the giant reclining bronze Buddha is unlike anything most of them had seen before, and the peaceful forest setting made it even more special. Dazaifu Tenmangu was equally well-received — the historic shrine atmosphere, the bustling shopping street, and the famous umegae mochi were all big hits. As we were aware that large bus drivers in Japan typically don't speak English, we arranged an additional English-speaking guide through Easy Travel Japan to accompany the group — that combination worked seamlessly. The guide communicated directly with driver Mr Shirakawa throughout the day so there was never any confusion or delay despite the language barrier. Stephanie from the operations team was outstanding — proactive, clear, and always available in the WhatsApp group whenever we needed support or coordination.
