Furano is a dream destination and visiting it with Easy Travel Japan's Toyota Hiace made it even more special! We were a group of 7 and the Hiace was perfect — comfortable, spacious, and handled Hokkaido's wide open roads beautifully. The lavender fields at Farm Tomita were absolutely magical — seas of purple as far as the eye can see, with the rolling Hokkaido hills in the background. We also visited Shikisai no Oka for the colourful flower gardens and stopped at a local cheese factory along the way — the fresh Hokkaido dairy products are on another level! Our driver Mr Liu's English was limited but he always had the translation app ready and was very cheerful and accommodating throughout the whole day. He even knew the best spots in the lavender fields for photos which we really appreciated. Stephanie from the operations team was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions before the trip. We came to Hokkaido with a group of 8 and planned two destinations in one day — Asahiyama Zoo and Sapporo city. Booking the Toyota Hiace from Easy Travel Japan was absolutely the right decision! The van was spacious and comfortable for all 8 of us, and with the longer distances between places in Hokkaido, vehicle comfort is very important. Asahiyama Zoo was incredible — different from ordinary zoos, the animals can be seen from unique viewpoints and our children loved every moment. We then continued to Sapporo for dinner and shopping at Tanuki-koji. Mr Sun's English was limited but he was very patient and used the translation app fluently, there was never any communication issue throughout the day. Stephanie from the operations team was also very helpful in planning the itinerary and provided accurate time estimates between both destinations.
