We brought a large group of 43 guests from Singapore to Osaka and organised a full day Kyoto trip using Easy Travel Japan's Large Bus (Coach). With 43 passengers it's not easy finding a single vehicle solution, but the Coach handled everyone comfortably with room to spare — wide comfortable seats, excellent air conditioning, and a smooth ride throughout. Our group travelled with their own Japanese-speaking guide which worked out perfectly — the guide could communicate directly with driver Mr Wang throughout the day, so despite his limited English there was never any confusion or delay at all. We covered Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji, the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Tenryu-ji temple, and ended the evening in Gion — a truly complete Kyoto experience in one day. Stephanie from the operations team was also excellent — active in the WhatsApp group the entire day, handling any last-minute coordination swiftly and without any fuss. We are a travel agency from Mexico specialising in Japan tours and recently organised a Kobe day trip from Osaka for a group of 32 guests. Coordinating transport for a group this size is never straightforward, but Easy Travel Japan made the whole process remarkably smooth. We booked their Large Bus (Coach) which was the perfect vehicle — comfortable wide seats, strong air conditioning throughout the day, and more than enough space for all 32 guests even with their bags. Kobe is such a beautiful city and our guests absolutely loved it — we visited the Kitano Ijinkan district with its historic Western-style houses, enjoyed the stunning views from the Nunobiki Herb Garden, and of course made sure everyone tried the famous Kobe beef for lunch.
