We came to Osaka with a group of 11 and booked the Toyota Commuter from Easy Travel Japan to explore Osaka and Kobe in one day. The van was very spacious and comfortable, all 11 of us sat comfortably throughout the day without anyone feeling cramped. In Osaka we visited Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and strolled around Shinsaibashi, then continued to Kobe to enjoy the views from Nunobiki Herb Garden and taste the famous Kobe beef — a truly wonderful experience! Our driver Mr Wang's English was limited but he was very friendly and patient, always using the translation app whenever we needed to communicate. Stephanie from the operations team was also very helpful and responsive — all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend Easy Travel Japan for large Malaysian groups wanting to explore Osaka and Kobe in one day. We will definitely use them again!

Came to Osaka with a group of 12 girlfriends and needed something big enough for all of us — the Toyota Commuter from Easy Travel Japan was the perfect solution. We booked it for a full day Kyoto trip from Osaka and honestly it was the best decision of the whole trip. No need to buy 12 train tickets, no rushing to catch the next departure, no squeezing through crowded platforms with bags — just hop in and go at our own pace. We visited Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Nishiki Market, and Gion, and because we had a private vehicle the whole day felt relaxed and flexible. Our driver Mr Taku spoke Mandarin which was perfect for us as Singaporeans — communication was smooth and natural throughout the day. His English was a little limited but honestly with Mandarin it was never an issue at all. Stephanie from the operations team was also very helpful and kept everything organised from booking all the way to the trip itself. For big groups of Singaporeans visiting Osaka and wanting to do a Kyoto day trip, just book the Commuter and thank yourself later!
