Our group of 8 was based in Osaka and really wanted to do a proper day trip to Kyoto without the hassle of coordinating trains and rushing between stations. Booking the Toyota Hiace through Easy Travel Japan was the best call we made. The van was comfortable and spacious for all 8 of us, and having a private vehicle meant we could set our own pace completely. We hit all the big ones — Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and Gion — without ever feeling rushed or tied to a schedule. Our driver Mike was excellent — fluent in English which made the whole day so easy. Kevin from the operations team was also great — very responsive and sorted everything out smoothly before the trip. We travelled to Japan with a group of 9 with all our luggage, so a spacious vehicle was very important. After looking at a few options we chose the Toyota Hiace from Easy Travel Japan — and it was absolutely the right decision! The van was very spacious, all 9 of us plus all our luggage fit comfortably without any issues at all. We spent the day exploring Osaka first, visiting Dotonbori and Osaka Castle, then continued on to Nara to see the deer at Nara Park and visit the magnificent Todai-ji — a perfect combination in one day! Ms Lu's English was limited but she was very friendly and always had the translation app ready, communication was never an issue throughout the day. Stephanie from the operations team was also very responsive and helped us from the very beginning of the booking process all the way to departure day. For large Indonesian groups wanting to explore Osaka and surrounding areas, the Toyota Hiace from Easy Travel Japan is highly recommended. We will definitely use them again!
