A: The price includes toll fees (outside city), fuel, and driver service. There are no hidden charges for these items. -

A: Yes, if the trip requires the driver to stay overnight outside the city, an additional 10,000 JPY will be charged for accommodation and meals. -

We are a travel agency from Indonesia arranging a cycling tour for 35 guests around Lake Kawaguchi, Japan. This was no ordinary trip — the entire group brought their own bicycles, so we needed a large bus that could accommodate 35 people plus all their bikes. The route around Lake Kawaguchi was stunning — the views of Mount Fuji from the lakeside were breathtaking and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the cycling experience there. Every coordination, pickup point change, or technical question was answered quickly and clearly by Kevin. We are a travel agency from Mexico and recently brought a group of 35 guests to Tokyo with all their luggage. Finding the right transport for a group this size is always one of the biggest challenges when organising a Japan tour, so after researching several options we decided to go with Easy Travel Japan and booked their Large Bus (Coach). Really glad we did! The bus was huge, comfortable, and had more than enough space for all 35 guests plus all their bags. Strong air conditioning throughout which was really appreciated by everyone. We arranged pickup directly from Narita Airport which was seamless — no need to worry about splitting the group across multiple vehicles or navigating train connections with heavy luggage. From there the driver took the group around Tokyo city for some sightseeing before dropping everyone off at the hotel for check-in, making the most of the arrival day perfectly. As a travel agency we were already aware that large bus drivers in Japan typically don't speak English, so we also arranged an English-speaking tour guide through Easy Travel Japan to accompany the group — that combination worked really well and we highly recommend other travel agencies do the same for non-Japanese speaking groups. Kevin from the operations team was excellent — he informed us clearly about all the logistics well in advance, so everything was smooth and there were no surprises on the day at all.
