We were a group of 11 from the Arab world visiting Tokyo and booked the Toyota Commuter through Easy Travel Japan for a full day around the city. We spent a good part of the day shopping in Ginza which was amazing, then also explored Shibuya, Tokyo Skytree, and Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa. The Toyota Commuter handled our whole group smoothly throughout the day. Our driver Mr. Watanabe was punctual and very professional. His English was limited but he always had the translation app ready and communication was never really an issue — we managed just fine throughout the whole day.
We had a group of 12 and were planning a day trip from Tokyo to the Fuji area, so finding the right vehicle was really important for us. Booked the Toyota Commuter through Easy Travel Japan and it was the perfect fit — all 12 of us sat comfortably with no luggage worries at all since it was just a day trip. We visited Lake Kawaguchi, Chureito Pagoda, and ended the day with shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets — a really well-rounded day out. Our driver Mr. Fukuyama was professional and knew the Fuji area routes very well. His English was limited but he always had the translation app ready and it never caused any problem throughout the trip. What really stood out for us was Raymond from the operations team — the day before our trip he sent a clear message in the WhatsApp group with all the details we needed, pickup time, meeting point, schedule for the day. That kind of preparation is rare and we really appreciated it, especially travelling as a big group in a foreign country. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Will definitely use Easy Travel Japan again on our next trip to Japan!
