A: The price includes toll fees (outside city), fuel, and driver service. There are no hidden charges for these items. -

A: Yes, if the trip requires the driver to stay overnight outside the city, an additional 10,000 JPY will be charged for accommodation and meals. -

We are a travel agency from Malaysia that brought 35 guests to the Furano area of Hokkaido — one of the most iconic destinations in Japan especially during lavender season. Easy Travel Japan provided the perfect Large Bus (Coach) for our group. The bus was very large and comfortable, wide seats with strong air conditioning — very much needed given the longer distances between destinations in Hokkaido. We visited Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the famous Blue Pond (Aoiike) in Biei with its uniquely captivating blue colour — our guests were absolutely amazed! Driver Mr Aoki spoke no English, but we anticipated this by booking an additional English-speaking guide through Easy Travel Japan — that combination worked beautifully. The guide communicated directly with Mr Aoki throughout the day so there was no confusion at all. Stephanie from the operations team was also outstanding — very proactive, helped us plan an efficient schedule, and always standby in the WhatsApp group for any coordination. For Malaysian travel agencies bringing large groups to Hokkaido, Easy Travel Japan is a fully reliable partner. We will definitely work with them again for our future Hokkaido tours!
