The Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster / Hino) is a large and comfortable bus perfect for big groups of up to 20 passengers without luggage, or up to 14 passengers with luggage. Ideal for company trips, school tours, or group travel in Hokkaido — from New Chitose Airport transfers to full day tours visiting Asahiyama Zoo, Otaru Canal, the lavender fields of Furano, or the colourful flower gardens of Biei.

We are a travel agency from the United States specialising in Asia tours and recently brought a group of 17 guests to Hokkaido for a day covering Asahiyama Zoo and Sapporo city. Finding reliable group transport in Hokkaido is not always easy, so we were very impressed with Easy Travel Japan Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster) service. The bus was comfortable and perfectly sized for our group — everyone had plenty of room throughout the day. Asahiyama Zoo was an absolute highlight for our guests — the penguin parade and the unique animal enclosures were unlike any zoo experience back home. We then headed to Sapporo for the Sapporo Beer Museum, Odori Park, and dinner at Ramen Yokocho — a wonderful way to round off the day. Driver Mr Kitamura's English was limited but Stephanie from the operations team was always standby in the WhatsApp group to handle all communication and coordination instantly. As a travel agency managing guests in a foreign country that was invaluable — any question we had was answered within minutes.
