We came to Japan with a group of 14 people with all our luggage and chose the Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster) from Easy Travel Japan. Absolutely the right decision! The bus was large enough to comfortably fit all 14 of us plus our luggage — exactly as stated on the website and did not disappoint. Mr Zhou picked us up directly at Kansai International Airport (KIX) which made our arrival so much easier. No need to figure out trains or worry about luggage at a busy station — just get on the bus and go. From the airport we were taken straight to Osaka to start our trip, visiting Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and Shinsaibashi before checking into the hotel. Mr Zhou English was limited but he was very professional and always ready with the translation app, no communication issues throughout the day. Stephanie from the operations team was also very responsive and helped us with all the preparations before departure. Highly recommend Easy Travel Japan for large Indonesian groups needing KIX airport pickup and private transport in Osaka!

We are a travel agency from the Philippines and recently organised a Kyoto day trip from Osaka for a group of 16 guests. Finding reliable transport for a group this size is always one of the trickier parts of planning a Japan itinerary, so we were really pleased to find Easy Travel Japan offering the Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster) — perfect capacity for our group with no luggage since it was just a day trip. The bus was very comfortable and spacious, all 16 guests sat easily throughout the day and everyone arrived at each destination feeling relaxed and energised. We covered all the Kyoto highlights — Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and a stroll through Gion in the evening. Our driver Mr Takashi was very professional and knew the Kyoto routes extremely well, navigating smoothly even through the busier tourist areas. His English was limited but Stephanie from the operations team was always on standby in the WhatsApp group to bridge any communication gaps instantly. That kind of backend support is absolutely essential when you're managing guests in a foreign country and we really appreciated it. For Filipino travel agencies looking for reliable group transport in Osaka and Kyoto, Easy Travel Japan is a partner you can count on. We will definitely work with them again on our future Japan tours!
