Came to Osaka with a group of 5 and decided to book the Toyota Alphard from Easy Travel Japan for a day exploring Osaka and Kobe — no luggage since it was just a day trip so the car felt extra roomy and relaxed. Both cities in one day sounds ambitious but honestly it was very manageable with a private car. We visited Dotonbori and Osaka Castle in the morning, then made our way to Kobe for lunch and explored the Kitano area — beautiful city with a very different vibe from Osaka. Our driver Mr. Zhou spoke Mandarin and a little English which was perfect for us as a Malaysian Chinese group. Communication was smooth and natural throughout the day, never had to overthink how to get our message across. Kevin from the operations team was also very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions during the booking process. Really good experience overall. Would definitely book Easy Travel Japan again for our next trip to Japan!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience with Easy Travel Japan in Osaka! There were 4 of us and we booked the Toyota Alphard for a full day — the car was so comfortable and spacious, perfect for our little family group. We explored Osaka city first, then headed to Rinku Premium Outlets for some serious shopping before the driver dropped us off directly at the airport at the end of the day. That last part was so convenient — no need to rush back to the hotel to collect luggage or figure out train connections to the airport while carrying shopping bags! Our driver Ali was fantastic — his English was great which made everything so easy and relaxed throughout the day. We could communicate freely without any worries at all. Stephanie from the operations team was also very helpful and responsive throughout the whole booking process. For Filipino families visiting Osaka, I highly recommend Easy Travel Japan. The Toyota Alphard private car hire is comfortable, flexible, and worth every yen.
