We are a travel agency from Poland and were looking for a reliable private bus service in Japan for our guests. After researching several options, we decided to go with Easy Travel Japan and booked the Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster) for a full day trip from Tokyo to the Fuji area. Really glad we made that choice! The bus was very comfortable and spacious, all our guests had plenty of room throughout the journey which made the long drive from Tokyo much more enjoyable. We took them to the Fuji area including Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pagoda, then finished the day with shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets — our guests absolutely loved the combination of sightseeing and shopping in one day! Our driver Mr. Lin was very professional and punctual throughout. His English was limited but he always had the translation app ready whenever needed and it never caused any issue at all. Kevin from the operations team was also standby in the WhatsApp group the whole time — very reassuring for us as a travel agency to know that support was always just one message away when managing guests in a foreign country. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely work with Easy Travel Japan again for our future tours to Japan and highly recommend them to other travel agencies looking for reliable group transport in Japan!

We went on a trip to Japan with a large group — 18 people total with no luggage since it was just a day trip — and chose the Micro Bus (Toyota Coaster) from Easy Travel Japan. Absolutely the right decision! The bus was spacious and comfortable, all 18 of us sat with plenty of room without feeling cramped at all. We visited Kamakura and Enoshima — the scenery was incredibly beautiful, especially the Great Buddha in Kamakura and the iconic bridge leading to Enoshima. Our driver, Mr. Lin, was very professional and knew the routes well. His English was limited but he always had the translation app ready and communication was smooth throughout the day. What we appreciated most was Stephanie from the operations team — the day before our trip she already sent a complete message in the WhatsApp group with the full itinerary, pickup point, and departure time very clearly. For a group as large as ours, that kind of preparation was a huge help and put everyone at ease. No confusion at all on the day itself. Thank you Easy Travel Japan, we will definitely use them again for our next trip to Japan!
