How many passengers can the Alphard fit?
A: The Alphard comfortably seats 4 passengers with luggage, or up to 6 passengers without luggage. -

Came to Tokyo with a group of 5 girlfriends and we decided to splurge a little on the Toyota Alphard from Easy Travel Japan for our shopping day — best decision we made! The car was so comfortable and roomy, all 5 of us fit perfectly and there was still enough boot space for all our shopping bags by the end of the day haha. We hit Shibuya, Harajuku, Ginza, and Shinjuku and honestly the amount of ground we covered in one day would have been impossible dragging shopping bags on the train. Our driver Mr. Li Yang was fantastic — he speaks Mandarin and Japanese fluently which was perfect for us as Singaporeans. Made everything so easy, from communicating our stops to even helping us figure out the best drop off points near the stores. He was patient the whole day even when we took longer than expected at Ginza! Never felt rushed at all. Really good experience overall, will definitely book again next time we're in Tokyo.

The Alphard was very comfortable and clean, spacious enough for us to work and discuss between locations. Our driver, Mr. Bell, was very professional with good enough English that communication was never an issue. He was always punctual and knew Tokyo's routes very well, so we never arrived late to any of our meetings. We were a group of 5 travelling from Tokyo to the Fuji area and decided to book the Toyota Alphard through Easy Travel Japan. Really glad we did! The car was very spacious and comfortable for all 5 of us, and since we had no luggage for the day trip it felt even more relaxed inside. We visited Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Oshino Hakkai, and Lake Kawaguchi — absolutely stunning scenery throughout the day, especially Chureito Pagoda which was a dream to see in person. Our driver Mr. Rayen was punctual and very professional. His English was limited but he had a translation app ready whenever needed and it never felt like a problem at all. He knew the routes well and got us to each spot smoothly without any confusion. The Fuji area roads can be quite busy with tourists but he handled everything calmly. Overall a comfortable and well-managed day trip. Good service, would recommend to other Indian travellers looking for private car hire in Tokyo or the Fuji area.

Just got back from Tokyo and honestly one of the highlights of the trip was our private car hire with Easy Travel Japan! There were 3 of us and we booked the Toyota Alphard for a full day around Tokyo city. The car is beautiful — so comfortable and feels very premium inside, totally different from just taking a taxi. We visited Shibuya, did some shopping in Ginza, went up Tokyo Skytree, and ended the evening at Roppongi. Managed to cover so much in one day without the stress of figuring out trains with shopping bags! Our driver, Mr. Tony Wang, was absolutely wonderful — fluent in English, very knowledgeable about Tokyo, and super friendly throughout the day. He even gave us tips on where to shop and what to eat. Felt less like a driver and more like a local friend showing us around. Really glad we chose this over public transport, especially with all our Ginza shopping bags haha. Will definitely book again on our next Japan trip!
