As the ropeway ascends, it passes the beautiful Nunobiki Waterfall and the Nunobiki Herb Garden, offering breathtaking aerial views. At the top station, the observation deck provides a stunning panorama of Kobe, especially beautiful at night. Kobe Harborland Kobe Harborland (神戸ハーバーランド) is a popular shopping and entertainment district located along the Kobe waterfront.
