DESCRIPTION
Shibuya (渋谷) is a popular shopping, dining and entertainment district in Tokyo. You can find dozens of major department store branches, cafes, and shops throughout Shibuya.
Shibuya is also home to three must-see attractions.
Hachiko Statue
Hachiko was a loyal Akita dog known for waiting for its owner at the station every day—even after his owner passed away. The statue is located just in front of Shibuya Station and is a popular meeting spot. Visitors often take selfies here.
Shibuya Crossing
Located directly in front of Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing is famous as one of the world's busiest intersections. When the lights turn green, pedestrians cross from all directions, with over 1,000 people crossing during peak times.
Yoyogi Park
Yoyogi Park (代々木公園, Yoyogi Kōen) is one of Tokyo’s largest parks, offering great spots for jogging, picnics, cherry blossom viewing, and other outdoor activities.
