SUMMARY
Sagamiko Winter Illumination is one of the largest and most spectacular winter light events in Japan. Held at Sagamiko Resort Pleasure Forest, the event features millions of colorful LED lights, immersive themed displays, and stunning nighttime views that attract visitors from across the country.

DESCRIPTION

Sagamiko Winter Illumination is held annually at Sagamiko Resort Pleasure Forest, located in Kanagawa Prefecture near Tokyo. The event transforms the entire amusement park into a magical world of light featuring over six million LED bulbs.

Visitors can explore various themed zones, illuminated tunnels, interactive light displays, and seasonal attractions designed for both children and adults. Many areas offer panoramic views of the sparkling lights spread across the hillsides surrounding Lake Sagami.

One of the highlights is the illuminated observation deck, where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the entire light festival from above. Seasonal attractions, rides, and projection mapping shows further enhance the experience.

The event is particularly popular among couples, families, and photographers looking to capture one of Japan's most beautiful winter attractions.

Because of its convenient location near Tokyo and Mount Fuji, Sagamiko Winter Illumination is often included as part of a day trip itinerary from Tokyo during the winter season.
