DESCRIPTION

The Fuji Shibazakura Festival (富士芝桜まつり) is one of the best festival across nationwide to enjoy shibazakura (pink sakura). The festival is typically held from mid April through early June when the flowers bloom at its peak.

Here you can see the beauty of pink sakura with Mount Fuji as the background. Because the venue can get very crowded due to its popularity, it is advised to avoid visiting on weekends or golden week holidays.
