PokéPark Kanto Opens at Yomiuriland Near Tokyo

PokéPark Kanto opened on February 5, 2026, inside Yomiuriland in Inagi. The permanent Pokémon attraction includes a forest trail featuring more than 600 Pokémon, a themed town, live entertainment, games, food and exclusive merchandise.

PokéPark Kanto opened to visitors on February 5, 2026, within Yomiuriland in Inagi, approximately 30 minutes from central Tokyo by train.

The attraction covers about 26,000 square metres and is divided into two main areas. Pokémon Forest is a walking route through a natural setting containing more than 600 Pokémon displays. Sedge Town offers themed shops, food, games, performances and other entertainment.

Unlike a conventional ride-focused amusement park area, much of the experience is designed around walking, observation and photography. Visitors should check accessibility information before booking because parts of the forest route include slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.

Admission to PokéPark Kanto is separate from ordinary Yomiuriland admission and ticket availability may be limited. Some ticket types use advance sales or lottery arrangements, so travellers should consult the official ticket information before choosing a visit date.

Yomiuriland can be reached from Keio-yomiuriland Station or Yomiuriland-mae Station. Visitors should allow additional travel time on weekends, holidays and special event days.
